    The Office of the Chief Operations & Maintenance Officer (COMO) for Los Angeles World Airports is seeking applications for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant II. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the COMO, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and handling documents, correspondence, and records.

    Los Angeles World Airports manages and operates Los Angeles International Airport and Van Nuys Airport. The COMO oversees various divisions that are responsible for the operation and maintenance of both airports. This office is pivotal in ensuring the facilities are ready to meet the Southern California regional demand for passenger, cargo and general aviation service. Teleworking schedules can be supported, however due to the operational needs of the office, the preference is for the Executive Administrative Assistant II to provide onsite support four days per week.

    Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to exercise discretion and judgment, and proficiency in various computer programs. They should be responsible and able to represent the COMO positively within the organization.
