    Location: The office for this position will be located at the Harry S Truman State Office Building, 301 W High Street, Jefferson City, MO 65102.

    What you’ll do:

    • Review administrative fee payments and corresponding reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
    • Identify and follow up with contractors on missing or incomplete administrative fees and reports.
    • Accurately enter administrative fee data from contractor-submitted reports into designated compliance databases.
    • Input participation reports and related data into applicable databases to support reporting requirements.
    • Generate and compile reports from compliance databases to provide statistical insights to management and department stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality.
    • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with division policies and procedures, while staying informed of procurement regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
    • Conduct data analysis to identify discrepancies or areas of concern and propose action plans to management.


    All you need for success:

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree required. (Substitution on the bachelor's degree may be allowed if 4 or more years of relevant procurement experience)

    Desirable for the candidate to have 1-3 years of relevant procurement or audit experience.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Ability to work independently in assessing and managing priorities.
    • Effective written and oral communication
    • Able to analyze facts, apply identified parameters, and draw conclusions.
    • Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities.
    • Organized and detail oriented.
    • Adaptable to change, deadlines, and working with teams.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, agency staff, and vendors
    • Experience with computers, desktop applications including Microsoft Office products.
    • Knowledge of SAMII and MissouriBUYS are preferred.


    Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background

    checks involving a candidate’s name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
