This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD).

- Oversee all daily IT operations.
- Develop 1,3, and 5-year roadmaps for all IT infrastructure.
- Oversee IT operations policies and procedures.
- Provide disaster recovery services for all IT systems.
- Oversee daily operations and integrations with 3rd party IT services and solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including managing large-scale IT operations and teams.
- Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT, and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks.
- Exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and technical skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of all components of IT infrastructure and operations.
- Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate’s name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
