    Job Location: This position will be located at 930 Wildwood, Jefferson City, MO 65109.

Our team interacts not only with the Department staff but also with a number of contractual agencies throughout Missouri, providing them with trainings, diagnostic tools, and medications.

    • Ensure adequate warehouse supply and track inventory, maintain accurate medication and condom order records, and assure transport of supplies from one site to another as needed to avoid expiration.
    • Exhibit proficiency in daily operation of the HIV/STI Prevention Program Supply database that has information on HIV/Hepatitis C/Syphilis testing kits, condoms, and medication supply.
    • Participate in the HIV Prevention Program contract monitoring site visits and appraising contractual deliverables regarding testing activities.
    • Participate in the STI Prevention Program quality assurance visits.
    • Participate in HIV/STI Prevention Program trainings.
    • Assist in facilitating an annual HIV testing meeting, including identification of agenda items, meeting arrangements, and planning programs or updates for this meeting.
    • Participate in the completing HIV/STI Prevention Program annual reports.
    • Quarterly analyze STI Prevention Program Report cards to assure that program sites conduct STI testing in accordance with the program criteria.
    • Manage budgets, supply projections and supply invoices


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree and 2 or more years of relevant experience. (Substitututions may be allowed)
    • Ability to communicate daily with contractors and suppliers via phone calls, emails, and faxes to complete purchases of supplies and orders placed by contractors, and address other issues as needed. Effective communication is essential in this position.
    • Ability to travel for trainings, site visits, and outreaches as needed; one or two day trips per month, and infrequent overnight trips.
    • Ability to walk, sit for several hours during the work day, and lift no more than fifty pounds (boxes of items ordered for contractors).
    • Knowledge of personal computer, copy machine, printer, fax machine, telephone, standard Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
