The Family Support Division (FSD) is seeking professional candidates for Program Specialist positions in the FSD Security Systems Unit. These positions will be located in Cole County/Jefferson City based at 615 Howerton Crt., Jefferson City, MO.
The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as a Local Security Officer and process and submit access requests in the ASAP system; monitor requests to completion and assist users with access issues.
- Act as security provisioner for FAMIS, MEDES, Provider Portal, ITracker. Data Warehouse/Managed Reporting and Common Area projects.
- Analyze FSD IM Security procedures, system functionality and business performance and recommend improvement projects.
- Consult with staff in operations, policy, support and IT.
- Research, analyze, develop and write business requirements for system projects.
- Plan, prepare, execute security for user acceptance testing/validation for system projects.
- Participate in workgroups and attend meetings.
- Perform review of system security changes.
- Perform User access audits.
- Respond to, research and resolve security inquiries.
- Monitor, research and resolve issues on security and error reports.
- Participate in workgroups and attend meetings.
- Exercise significant independence and initiative in the performance of responsibilities; receives general administrative direction.
- Perform other related work as assigned.
Two or more years of experience in a professional or technical job classification with the Missouri Uniform Classification and Pay System; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
ORA Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university;
and,
Four or more years of professional or technical experience providing social services; or conducting investigations or audits of social service providers, recipients, and/or applicants.
(24 earned graduate credit hours from an accredited college or university in social or behavioral sciences, Public or Business Administration, or a closely related field may substitute for one year of the stated experience.)
(A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social or behavioral sciences, Public or Business Administration, or a closely related field may substitute for two years of the stated experience.)
(Additional qualifying experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis for deficiencies in the stated college education.)
