The Town of Truckee’s IT Division is excited to offer a unique internship opportunity to work with the Town’s Information Technology team as a paid intern at the Town of Truckee. This position is designed to enhance your learning and growth, providing valuable hands-on experience in the technology industry. Hours and schedule are flexible and will be discussed in advance.
Position Overview:As an IT intern, you will gain practical experience in:
- Vulnerability Management: Learn how to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Device Provisioning/Deprovisioning: Get hands-on experience with setting up and managing hardware and software.
- Cybersecurity Best Practices: Understand the fundamentals of keeping information secure.
- Customer Service Skills: Develop essential communication skills to assist and support users.
