We are recruiting to fill an Administrative Support I position to perform administrative work of minimum difficulty with primary responsibility for making daily delivery and pick-up of office mail between the Office of State Courts Administrator and other state buildings.
- Provides information to and answers questions from customers that require researching program files, records and correspondence.
- Maintains document storage and retrieving systems.
- Routes office mail and packages to all OSCA buildings and other state agencies on a daily basis.
- Delivers office supplies between OSCA buildings.
Minimum Qualifications Graduation from high school or GED equivalent and 1 year of professional experience involving full time work in a closely related field.
Additional experience above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.
Preferred Qualifications - Ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy boxes and equipment on occasion.
- Ability to operate standard office machines and equipment.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and staff from other agencies.
- Ability to operate an automobile
