Administrative Support Assistant 2041 E. Hunter Street, Nevada, MO 64772 Salary: $37,047.92 annually (Pay Grade G4) The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. This position is eligible for years of service pay differential (1% pay increase for every 2 years of service, capped at 10%) and is added to the total compensation.
Date: July 9, 2025 Southwest Community Services has an opening for an Administrative Support Assistant. The working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities: The primary focus of this position is to maintain a filing system for the Staff Development, Nursing and Quality Assurance Departments; prepare various training certificates; track all staff training to prevent lapses in certifications; notify staff of scheduled trainings, copy training materials for courses; generate memos; other clerical work as assigned.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: Knowledge of general office practices. Ability to maintain clerical records and operate basic office equipment. Ability to interact on the telephone or in person with the public. Ability to organize work assignments.
Eligibility: One to three years of clerical experience required. (Substitutions may be allowed).
