    Program Assistant (Driver License Bureau)

    Department of Revenue

    Annual Salary: $44,854.80 annually

    Location: This position will be located at 301 W. High St., Jefferson City, MO

    DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:

    This description may not include all of the duties, knowledge, skills, or abilities associated with this title.

    • Maintain team member information, customer profiles, and troubleshoot issues in the contact center software for both the Driver License Bureau and the Motor Vehicle Bureau.
    • Utilize contact center software to perform quality review of team members who receive incoming calls. Tracking quality score of each call using an excel spreadsheet. Assist supervisors with coaching and training opportunities based on call reviews.
    • Inter-department meetings with leadership, supervisors and team members to provide feedback on productivity, trends, process improvements, and training opportunities.
    • Correspond with internal and external customers via email, inbound/outbound phone calls, and live chat.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a closely related field such as: Business or Public Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management

    and,

    One or more years of professional experience analyzing operations and developing improved managerial procedures and practices.

    Additional Requirements :

    This position requires the candidate to work independently, have good organizational, written and verbal communication skills, and be able to prioritize duties and adjust as priorities change.
