Environmental Health Services Director, you’ll oversee a broad range of programs-from food safety, school and childcare inspections, and air and water quality, to solid and hazardous waste management, environmental planning, zoonosis, and emergency preparedness.
This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping policy, enforcing public health regulations, and driving community education. - Five (5) years of experience performing technical, administrative, and supervisory duties in a public health/environmental health agency, required.
- Bachelor's Degree with 30 hours coursework in basic and natural sciences, required. Basic sciences include life sciences, natural sciences, physical sciences, or health sciences.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License by date of hire required.
