Role DescriptionThis position is required to maintain facility and site requirements and will need to be filled by a candidate within close proximity of the physical location of the Regional/Satellite Offices. Minimal travel is required.
What you’ll do - Fleet management -- ongoing vehicle maintenance, WEX card monitoring, mileage reporting, etc.
- Supply orders and Maintenance -- supply orders and general needs ordering including items IT bids and postage meters.
- Update and maintain fixed asset listing.
- Inventory tracking and surplus -- maintain listing of items on hand for supplies as well as equipment and cars (fixed assets. Identify and surplus items that are no longer needed.
- Booking reservations for staff training and travel needs. Staff reimbursement requests/expense reports and mileage. Review for accuracy and completeness and then send on to the fiscal team for payment.
- Obtain quotes and set up contract agreements for facility needs such as printer services and custodial contracts.
- Recommend and adhere to cost planning and budget plans.
- PCard Holder; collect P Card statement and invoices/receipts needed to pay monthly bill.
Minimum Qualifications3 years of experience in State Government, Accounts Payable or Facility Management. A valid Driver’s License is required.
Key SkillStrong organizational skills, understanding State purchasing guidelines, ability to adhere to budget and manage spending accordingly. Ability to identify and resolve staff and building needs.
