Associate Research/Data Analyst (Driver License Bureau) - Department of Revenue Department of Revenue Annual Salary: $46,446.48 annually
Location: This position will be located at 301 W. High St., Jefferson City, MO

DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION: This description may not include all of the duties, knowledge, skills, or abilities associated with this title.
- Provide technical support and evaluation of applications and data for commercial driver license issuance
- Provide support for driver license issuance programs and work with information technology staff and other agencies as needed to design, test, and implement required program upgrades
- Complete analysis of proposed and enacted legislation and other requests to determine system impacts, procedural impacts, and fiscal analysis
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to assist other government agencies and to assist and support citizens and businesses in Missouri.
- Direct and train internal and external customers, which may include formal presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a closely related field such as: Business or Public Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management
and,
One or more years of professional experience analyzing operations and developing improved managerial procedures and practices.
