This position will be located at Lewis and Clark State Office Building at 1101 Riverside Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65101. This position will work 8:00am to 5:00pm.
- Process invoices for payment
- Manage daily mail processing for Water Protection Program
- Central receipt log entry and reconciliation in Centralized Receipt Log
- Coordinate travel - making in and out-of-state travel arrangements for team members
- Coordinate conference registrations, membership renewal, and training for team members
- Coordinate the purchasing of equipment and maintenance agreements
- Order and maintain program supplies
- Answer the program main phone line and provide assistance
- Coordinate and review fixed assets for the program, includes surplus and disposal of items

- Customer Service : Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
