Job Location: This position will be located at 920 Wildwood, Jefferson City, MO 65109.

You will gain experience working with federal grants and become a power user of Microsoft Access.
The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
- Gather, interpret and compile data to complete a variety of financial reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and the state's financial system data warehouse to complete reports.
- Comprehend and keep up-to-date on state and federal reporting requirements.
- Identify issues, evaluate options and recommend solutions
- Review work for accuracy and retain necessary documentation to support reports
Minimum Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed)
- Highly organized, proactive and possess strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exercise independence, judgment, and initiative in the performance of their duties.
