    Job Location: This position will be located at 1010 West Columbia Street in Farmington, MO

    Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center now has an opening for a Specialized Trades Worker/Electronic Technician. The prefered qualifications are listed below:

    • Experience inspecting, testing, maintaining and installing security systems, including, but not limited to Avigilon security equipment.
    • Provide technical advice and assistance on the use of electronic equipment.
    • Review prints and diagrams to ensure proper installation and inspection of work completed by contractors.
    • Maintain life safety and security software associated with all security system equipment used at SMMHC.
    • Prepare cost estimates, purchase requisitions and associated reports.
    • Knowledge of methods, tools, and practices used in the repair, maintenance and installation of electrical equipment and systems.
    • Knowledge and skills installing and maintaining networking cable, installing network hardware and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
    • Knowledge of NFPA guidelines for installing network cabling.
