Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center now has an opening for a Specialized Trades Worker/Electronic Technician. The prefered qualifications are listed below:- Experience inspecting, testing, maintaining and installing security systems, including, but not limited to Avigilon security equipment.
- Provide technical advice and assistance on the use of electronic equipment.
- Review prints and diagrams to ensure proper installation and inspection of work completed by contractors.
- Maintain life safety and security software associated with all security system equipment used at SMMHC.
- Prepare cost estimates, purchase requisitions and associated reports.
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and practices used in the repair, maintenance and installation of electrical equipment and systems.
- Knowledge and skills installing and maintaining networking cable, installing network hardware and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Knowledge of NFPA guidelines for installing network cabling.
