Upon satisfactory service, salary increases of approximately 5% are given annually until the top of the salary range has been attained. PAY: All employees are paid bi-weekly via direct deposit into the employee's bank account. Principal Civil Engineer is a management level class requiring a high degree of professional skill and knowledge in administering and evaluating complex engineering programs.
