Purpose of Classification The purpose of this classification is to perform management-level, professional work and through the direction of the City Manager’s Office, organize, coordinate and manage the City’s public art program. This position serves as liaison to the Arts Commission, City and Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) staff, artists, design professionals, development community, neighborhood groups, and larger community; responsible for collections management and maintenance; development/implementation of the annual Art in Public Places Program. Description RECREATION INTERN - (MULTIPLE POSITIONS) (Intern Job Code: 9018) Note: Casual non-benefited employees are limited to working no more than twenty-five (25) hours per week and no more than 900 hours in a fiscal year (July 1-June 30).
