Description: Job Summary: The Procurement Services Department bids and executes Public Works contracts that apply to new construction or repair of any public structure, building, road or other public improvement. General Administrative Functions Represents Contracts and Purchasing in inter-departmental teams formed to develop standards, policies, and procedures. Drafting, filing and distribution of Addendums, Notice of Intent, Notice to Proceed, and Notice of Completion. Facilitates Project and Payment that includes, but is not limited to, developing scope of work, paying requests and processes for the prime contractor and the subcontractor for each project, and holding back payment to prime contractor if subcontractors submit a hold payment request.
