The Enterprise Functions Unit supports functions Division-wide by providing data analytics, statistical reporting, training, and reviewing processes for improvement and standardization. The Unit also provides support to the Division's modernization efforts by coordinating Division staff and efforts and prioritization of work assignments. What you will do: Project Management functions such as resource management, project planning, and progress monitoring for the Division's Modernization Project. Manage and Coordinate DWC staff when working on the Division's Modernization project. Ensure the Division's Modernization Project needs are being met by DWC staff. Act as liaison between DWC business staff and ITSD, Modernization Vendor, and overall Project Director. Coordinate with staff to aid in writing requirements for future phases of the Division's Modernization Project. Coordinate DWC's efforts and act as a liaison between DWC and the project vendor for DWC's upgrade to IAIABC EDI Claims. Coordinate DWC's testing efforts and act as liaison between DWC and the project vendor during the Modernization Project's testing phases. All you need for success: Qualifications 8 years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience. Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant . Desired Attributes 3 years of Workers' Compensation experience preferred. Knowledge of principles and practices in the area of quality control and/or quality assurance. Ability to mentor and train staff, as necessary. Ability to evaluate policies and operations, and formulate design and process recommendations. Certification in project management such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master and process improvement certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher. Skill in critical thinking, problem-solving, and organization. Skill in diagnosing and resolving information technology issues. .
