Position Description Assists in administering human resources policies and procedures. Collects and maintains HR data related to compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, etc. to help make recommendations for improvement. Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. Major/Essential Functions Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems. Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Conduct new employee onboarding and help plan training and development. Works with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and performance evaluations. Employee relations. Required Qualifications Requires bachelor's degree plus 1 year of related experience OR a combination of education/experience to equal 5 years. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree plus 2 years related experience. Ability to research and come to a conclusion based on results; PHR Certification preferred.
