DEFINITION Under immediate supervision, provides specialized and technical support for information technology systems and infrastructure including a diverse range of computers, server hardware and software, security, and network systems and equipment; and performs related duties as assigned. CLASS CHARACTERISTICS This is the entry-level classification in the information technology specialist series.
