LC/TV Technician (Grade 14): Starting Hourly Rate is $18.4250 Equipment Operator LC/TV: (Grade 15): Starting Hourly Rate is $19.5250 Heavy Equipment Operator LC/TV: (Grade 17): Starting Hourly Rate is $22.9365 Rate of pay depends on qualifications. Job Description J O B SUMMARY The LC/TV Technician is responsible for performing a variety of basic skilled duties to include occasionally assisting with the operation of highly specialized sewer cleaning and pipe assessment equipment used to evaluate the sanitary sewer collection system. This job must promote safety awareness at all times in accordance with SAWS safety guidelines and policies. The Equipment Operator LC/TV performs a variety of intermediate skilled duties including the operation of highly specialized sewer cleaning and pipe assessment equipment used to evaluate the sanitary sewer collection system. The LC/TV Operator II assists in providing basic to complex assessments of the condition of the sewer collection system and initiates repair, replacement, or rehabilitation to prevent sanitary sewer overflows. This position must promote safety awareness at all times in accordance with SAWS safety guidelines and policies. The Heavy Equipment Operator LC/TV provides day-to-day supervision of a crew responsible for line cleaning, televising, and assessing the condition of the sanitary sewer system. The incumbent performs a variety of advanced skilled duties to include the operation and maintenance of highly specialized sewer cleaning and pipe assessment equipment. In addition, conducts complex condition assessments of job site and initiates pipeline repair, replacement, or rehabilitation as necessary to prevent sanitary sewer overflows. The incumbent provides final evaluations ensuring all findings are accurately recorded in the maintenance management system.
