Description This is a seasonal, part-time, non-benefitted, at-will position exempt from the classified service. THE POSITION NON-CAREER PART-TIME/SEASONAL To perform regular lifeguard duties and assist in the supervision of pool staff in the organizing and instructing of aquatics classes and activities; to assume full responsibility of aquatic facility in absence of an Assistant Pool Manager or Pool Manager. Benefit Summary for Full-Time Represented Employees Full-time represented employees enjoy a generous allotment of $1,800 per month to purchase a variety of benefit options detailed below.
