Departmental Mission Statement: The Facilities Management and Capital Planning department provides for the management and maintenance of 62 state-owned courthouses, and 42 leased facilities located in ten counties of the Commonwealth. Description Under general supervision, the purpose of the position is to perform installation, repair and maintenance work in the construction and maintenance of the City’s wastewater treatment, collection, and reuse facilities.
