I am a senior at University of Nevada, Las Vegas. As a psychology major, I am fascinated about the human mind. In my sophomore year, I realized that I have always been curious about the desires to understand why people do what they do. This led me to switch my major from Hospitality Management and pursue a Bachelor's in Psychology.
I would like to pursue a role in the Human Resources department as it deals with the essence of knowing the person in front of you. Essentially, to study and observe their behavioral attributes and how one conducts themselves accordingly. Psychology's role in H. R. not only faces challenges but it also provides some solutions which with maximize the well-being and performance of the workforce.
