What You'll Be Doing Budget and Management Services is pleased to advertise a Budget and Management Senior Analyst (or Analyst) position within our office. The Public Health Workforce Program is a grant-funded program that has received funds from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to help health departments like Wake County strengthen their public health workforce and infrastructure. The Program Assistant serves as a primary program resource regarding processes and procedures. Performs a variety of program support, administrative, and coordinative duties. The Program Assistant will act as a liaison with other program areas, departments, or external agencies to ensure effective coordination and distribution of program information. *This is a Time Limited position* The primary duties of this role include: Supporting day-to-day administrative responsibilities associated with the project identified by project leads Participates in planning and program implementation including conducting research and developing program materials Maintains program records and reviews program documents to ensure compliance with established guidelines and timeframes Schedules meetings or program events and assists in organizing the logistics.
