ABOUT THE POSITION The Clark County Building Department is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Senior Building Inspector position. As a member of the Building Department, you will perform a variety of professional commercial, industrial, residential building, and safety inspections of new and existing properties for compliance with national and regional codes and regulations. This position is used on several different teams. Field Inspections: The Senior Building Inspector performs residential plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and building inspections on new and existing single-family residences and performs commercial plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and building inspections of new and existing commercial projects based on certification level.
