Budget/Finance: Directs administrative professional and technical staff in the preparation and ongoing administration of the budget for a large County department. Directs and oversees studies involving the funding of new state-mandated programs and other highly complex and sensitive research assignments requiring a substantial depth of analysis and the use of qualitative and/or quantitative analytical methods such as budget forecasting, trending, and cost benefit analysis.
