What You'll Be Doing The purpose of the Family and Children’s Medicaid Quality Assurance (QA) Reviewer is to conduct compliance audits and communicate quality information to staff in Economic Services (ES) Programs. These positions work a hybrid schedule - 50% in the office and 50% virtually. The Economic and Social Services Division employs many caseworkers who ensure critical resources are provided to residents of Wake County. Caseworkers determine eligibility based on factors such as income, family size, medical information, medical evaluations/health conditions, resources, deductible expenses and needs. Positions are located in various locations throughout the county.
