Participates in staff development training programs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EITHER I Experience : Six months as a Nursing Assistant Trainee at San Joaquin County General Hospital. OR II Experience : Six months performing non-professional nursing work in an acute care hospital. OR III Experience : One year performing non-professional nursing work in a convalescent hospital, home health care agency or similar sub-acute facility. Substitution : Successful completion of appropriate clinical training in a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse curriculum may be substituted for the required experience.
