Knowledge of best safety practices including facility maintenance hazards, safety precautions, and applicable OSHA standards. Ability to work effectively with co-workers in a diverse workforce and respond appropriately to questions/concerns from other employees and the public. Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and replacement of building systems including the operation of chillers, fan systems, and pumps.
