Additional experience above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education. Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of the principles and practices of modern court management. Knowledge of the use of automated operations systems, such as Windows, word processing, and spreadsheets Ability to analyze problems and needs and make effective recommendations. Ability to travel to the courts to provide onsite technical and administrative assistance to court personnel (some positions require extensive overnight travel).
