Requirements Minimum Requirements: Three (3) years' experience in preparation of tissue specimens for morphological analysis under a light and electron microscope, in an approved laboratory*, one (1) year of which must have been at the level of a Tissue Analysis Technician II or equivalent. Tissue Analysis Technician II in the County of Los Angeles is defined as functions as a lead person providing technical direction to less experienced tissue technicians and performing the more complex or specialized** tissue analysis procedures.
