This position will manage and oversee the administration of the Agency’s portfolio of residential properties including physical, financial and compliance performance of stabilized assets and property management. This position will also analyze and manage new business, real estate and financial opportunities. The Asset Management Division, along with the Real Estate Development Division, are part of SCCHA’s Real Estate Department.
