The Construction Engineering Section within the Engineering Services Division is responsible for managing construction of the City’s capital improvement projects, land development and utility permits. This team oversees all scopes of work, reviews, and evaluates project budgets, negotiates costs and responds to residents and business owners to resolve issues. Engineers assigned to the Construction Engineering Section manage the delivery of a variety of grading and infrastructure projects for the City’s capital improvement program and for private development performed under permit.
