Position Summary The Administrative Support Coordinator II is a staff member of the Fowler College of Business assigned to the Finance, Management and Marketing (FMM) department office. The Administrative Support Coordinator II serves as the lead to department Administrative Support Assistants and as the Administrative Support Coordinator to the three department chairs. Position Summary The Administrative Support Coordinator II is a staff member of the Fowler College of Business assigned to the Finance, Management and Marketing (FMM) department office. The Administrative Support Coordinator II serves as the lead to department Administrative Support Assistants and as the Administrative Support Coordinator to the three department chairs. The position is under the direction of the department chairs and is responsible for interpreting and ensuring adherence to applicable University policies and procedures while facilitating the smooth operation of all aspects of the department office including lead direction to the administrative support assistants and student assistants. This is a full-time (1.0 time-base), benefits eligible, permanent/probationary position. This position is designated non-exempt under FLSA and is eligible for overtime compensation.
