Eligibility Requirements - An applicant must be currently attending an accredited college, university, community college or technical institute.
- Undergraduate and graduate students must possess a 2.50 grade point average (GPA) or greater on a 4.0 scale at the time of application submission.
- Applicants must be able to provide a transcript within 24 hours of granting an interview and be able to supply a certified copy upon receiving an offer for hire.
- Students must have completed their first year of college before beginning the internship.
- Students must be registered for the Fall 2024 Semester
- Students must be able to successfully undergo an FBI fingerprint criminal history records check with no disqualifying crimes within the last 10 years. Additionally, the student must be able to pass a Security Threat Assessment that is conducted by the federal government.
- Must be able to commit to working for 8 weeks (6/6/2024 - 8/2/2024)
Supplemental Information Upload a one pdf package of your resume and your most current college transcript that must include grades from the Fall 2023 semester and registration for Fall 2024 classes. Aviation Summer College Internship Program selected participants will be paid $18.50/hour. Students must appear in person for a security background check at least one month prior to the start date of the internship program (start date of 6/6/2024).
