Job Description
Minimum Education and Experience
A bachelor’s degree in a related field • Relevant work experience with government entitlement programs and mortgage underwriting experience, loan servicing and intake, credit counseling, banking, and federal program management experience • A degree can be substituted with relevant work experience in federal program management, mortgage underwriting experience, loan servicing and intake, credit counseling, banking, and national program management experience.
Preferred Education & Experience
Master’s degree in a related field • At least three years of direct experience in federal grants management related to HOPWA, HOME, ESG, CDBG, Section 8 Moderate Rehab, underwriting, and fiscal management.
Licensures and Certifications
Driver’s license valid at the time of appointment and remain valid while in position.
