Job Description

Job Summary
  • Create vouchers in CSUBUY (Jaggaer)
  • Assist training users in CSUBUY, may include creating training material, conducting training sessions, answering questions, communicating
  • Assist with supplier onboarding for CSUBUY (Jaggaer)
  • Continuously audit ProCards
  • Assist with Poly Travel as follows: a) Pull reports from Concur; b) add Delegates for Concur users; c) process new concur cards applications; d) email cardholders to pick up cards; manage Concur infractions tracker
  • Assist with payment card program as follows: a) process new credit card applications and email cardholder once received; b) update ProCard per revision requests; c) delete card cancellations

Education and Experience

Equivalent to one year clerical accounting or financial record-keeping experience. (Any combination of education and experience, which provides the required knowledge and abilities, may be substituted for the required experience).

Salary:

Anticipated Hiring Range: $20.26 - $22.29 per hour

Classification Range: $20.26 - $31.79 per hour
