The TSC will supervise staff and will be responsible for performance management and personnel-related activities. The TSC will lead DPW in mapping DPW’s Enterprise Architecture, standardizing and centralizing data, building an asset management database incorporating GIS, assisting with developing a work order request system and building a decision-enabling dashboard.
