HERE THE CITY OF WACO SEEKS: A Library Director who has experience operating in a city- or county-managed or public sector work environment, possess fiscal acumen with an eye toward opportunities for savings, and understand the nuances of a growing library system.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE We realize your time is valuable, so please do not apply if you do not have at least the following required minimum qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Library Sciences, or a related field.
- Six (6) years of increasingly responsible public or educational setting library management and/or administrative experience, including four years of supervisory experience is required.
- A master’s degree in Library and Information Science is preferred.
