Job Summary Performs administrative, financial, and technical work assisting in managing the business and financial operations of the Parking Division. Primary duties include coordination of business and financial aspects including but not limited to, budgeting, fiscal analysis, fiscal forecasting, receivables, payables, purchasing, payroll, projects, technical support, and systems administration for specialized application software. Monitors revenue intake associated with agreements, contracts and permits, customer interface, and customer invoicing.Serves as the technical liaison for the Division by interacting with Technology Management and contractors on new services, testing, updates, or application errors.Plans, organizes and conducts training on use of financial systems software, as well as identifies other training needs of the division. Work is performed under the general direction of the Parking Assistant Division Manager. Work is reviewed through reports submitted, observations, periodic audits, discussions, evaluation of support ability, client feedback, and results obtained.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and (2) years experience in accounting, finance, and information systems
required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
