    Under general direction, supports a division manager or higher level manager by providing highly responsible and varied secretarial and administrative support work. Duties may include budget and fiscal work; contract monitoring; research; coordinating projects to ensure they are complete, accurate, and meet deadlines; personnel transactions; travel, training, and meeting arrangements; prioritizing correspondence, mail, and calls; preparing and/or compiling reports and correspondence for self or manager’s signature; records meetings; and handling inquiries within own capacity performing a variety of duties, etc. Works independently in completing several administrative projects/processes.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    High School Diploma/G.E.D. Certificate and four (4) years of progressively responsible secretarial and administrative experience required, including office management and the use of advanced computer skills and software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Required to pass a background check which includes a polygraph. Required to become a Public Notary.

    If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
    • Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
    • Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
    • Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
    • Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
