Prepares correspondence regarding in-house memos and outside correspondence regarding park-related matters. Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail. Performs computerized registration, fee collection, and issues permits using an automated system. Provides customer service, handles complaints and emergencies, collects park fees, and interprets policies. Responsible for purchase of resale items that meet the park's mission statement, tracking concession budget, completing monthly spot audits on Park Store.
