Minimum Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Four years of increasingly responsible building inspection experience including one year of lead or supervisory responsibility. Training: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade and specialized training in the building and construction trades, supplemented by 30-40 units of related college level course work in engineering, architecture, or construction. AA degree preferred. License or Certificate Possess and maintain and appropriate, valid California driver's license and a safe driving record.
