THE POSITION The City of Ventura Water Department is looking for a Utility Billing Specialist - Senior Utility Billing Specialist to join the team. We are seeking detailed oriented candidates who are dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirements. The Facilities Business Services Director will maintain the fiscal integrity of the Facilities Planning and Management’s (FP&M) resources through the management of the department’s funds, programs, and projects.
