It features a banquet room for up to 200 guests, activity rooms for up to 50 people, a kitchen and beverage bar, and outdoor patio. What you will be doing: Facility Attendants provide supervision of the community center during classes and rentals; set up and take down chairs, tables, equipment; and perform light custodial services. The Facility Attendant must be able to provide a high level of support to customers and ensure the safety of the people and property by effectively enforcing policies and procedures. The Facility Attendant II is distinguished from the Facility Attendant I in that the Facility Attendant II performs duties independently. All positions are part time, limited service. Directly provide custodial support, security, and responsiveness to facility guests’ needs by cleaning, performing events/program/class setups, strikes, and locking/ unlocking of the facility. Flexible work shifts are required and may include early mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends. Performs varied maintenance and custodial work at the Chilson Recreation/Senior Center. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provides consistent and quality janitorial services by performing and assisting in all cleaning tasks and duties throughout the Recreation/Senior Center to maintain a clean and safe facility. Provides consistent and quality event/program/class setups and strikes will be accomplished and may include some heavy lifting; other janitorial tasks, including security of the facility, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment, are expected. THE POSITION The Department of Public Works, Parking Services Division, is seeking a part-time Parking Lot Attendant for garages owned by the City of Sacramento. This position will be responsible for providing customer service to the public as well as cashiering functions and traffic control in the garages. Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Director of Athletic Equipment Services, the Athletic Equipment Attendant has the primary responsibility for day-to-day coordination of all logistical activities related to all assigned men and women’s sports teams, receipt and distribution of athletic equipment and supplies, laundering, and maintenance of inventory records. Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Director of Athletic Equipment Services, the Athletic Equipment Attendant has the primary responsibility for day-to-day coordination of all logistical activities related to all assigned men and women’s sports teams, receipt and distribution of athletic equipment and supplies, laundering, and maintenance of inventory records.
